Note that You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. That email should include your shipment's tracking number. 

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Please note that used products can not be returned. Though all of our products are thoroughly inspected during processing, we understand that accidents may take place during the shipping process. As a result, we will replace or refund products that are damaged upon receipt. In order to receive a refund or replacement order please submit photographic proof of damage within 7 days of package delivery to ambrosiaandnectarcandles@gmail.com
